Description
A heavy-gauge pegboard panel with moulded cradles sized for cordless drills and drivers, so the tool hangs by its handle with the chuck clear of the wall. Generic pegboard hooks do this badly — a drill on a J-hook swings, marks the wall, and eventually drops.
Fix through the panel into masonry or into studs. As always with a tool wall, the load is not the panel, it is what you hang on it, and the fixings are what fail first.

Guides that cover this
Pegboard vs slatwall vs gridwall for a garage wall
Pegboard to start cheap and change often, gridwall for strength on a budget, slatwall for looks if the wall is dry. Why hardboard pegboard cannot take a drill.
Pegboard or French cleat for a garage tool wall
Cleat wins on strength and cost if you have a saw, a Saturday and a sheet of ply. Pegboard wins if you want it up in an hour and rearranged in seconds.
How to organise a garage wall
A practical guide to organising a garage wall: zoning, choosing between hooks, pegboard and magnetic rails, the right fixings for masonry, and sensible mounting heights.
How to fix into breeze block
Standard plugs crumble aerated block and pull out under load. Drill without hammer action, use a fixing made for lightweight block, and batten anything heavy.
