Description
Vinyl-dipped steel hooks in assorted sizes, with wall anchors in the box. They take the long awkward things that have no home and end up leaning in a corner: the extension lead, the hose, folding chairs, the strimmer, a bike.
The anchors supplied suit solid masonry. Into plasterboard they are not enough on their own — find a stud, or fit a timber batten and screw the hooks into that. A hook is only as strong as what it is screwed to, and one that pulls out takes a lump of wall with it.

Guides that cover this
How to organise a garage wall
A practical guide to organising a garage wall: zoning, choosing between hooks, pegboard and magnetic rails, the right fixings for masonry, and sensible mounting heights.
What fixings do I need for a garage wall?
Brick, aerated block, dot-and-dab, stud or precast panel: each wants a different fixing, and job one is telling them apart. Match the wall, not the hook.
How to fix into breeze block
Standard plugs crumble aerated block and pull out under load. Drill without hammer action, use a fixing made for lightweight block, and batten anything heavy.
How to clear the garage floor in a weekend
Saturday empties it onto the drive and sorts it into three piles; Sunday fixes the wall while the floor is bare. Only things with wheels or legs go back down.
