Description
Forty-eight bins across louvred panels, plus hooks for the things that hang rather than sit. Where the thirty-bin rack sorts a drawer, this sorts a wall — the point at which you stop keeping screws in the boxes they came in.
Same fixing rules as the smaller rack, only more so. Fully loaded this is a serious weight, and it sits high. Into masonry, frame fixings. Into plasterboard, find the studs or batten across them; plasterboard plugs alone will not hold it.

Guides that cover this
The timber batten method for a garage wall
One length of timber on a row of fixings, and everything hangs from that. It solves aerated block, dot-and-dab and studs at once; later changes are a woodscrew.
Fixing into dot-and-dab plasterboard
A plug that grips the board is holding plaster, not wall. How to spot dot-and-dab, and the long fixings and batten route that anchor in the masonry behind.
Mounting heavy items on a garage wall
The wall is the limit, not the rack. Use every fixing hole, put the best fixings at the top where the pull is, and batten a weak wall or go freestanding.
Small parts storage for a garage: bins, drawers and what goes in which
Sort by quantity, not type: hundreds go in a tilt bin, a dozen in a clear divided drawer, the unnameable in one box. Steel fixings stay off a damp floor.
