Questions
Is this a pre-order?
No. Joining the launch list takes no payment and reserves nothing — it is a heads-up list. You get one email when we open, 48 hours before the shop opens to everyone, with 10% off your first order.
How long does delivery take?
We do not hold stock. Every order is dispatched direct by the supplier and arrives tracked, so the wait depends on the line you ordered rather than on one house rate. We have not published a standard delivery window, because we will not quote one we have not confirmed with the couriers and suppliers we are actually using. Free UK delivery on orders of £100 or more. Below that, delivery is priced by the size of what you order and shown before you pay. UK addresses only.
Where do you ship from?
From our suppliers, direct to you. We do not run a warehouse or hold stock — each order is dispatched by the supplier that makes the line and tracked to your UK address. It is why two things ordered together can turn up separately, and why some lines take longer than others.
What is your returns policy?
You can return unused items within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange. Faulty items are repaired, replaced or refunded, and your statutory rights are not affected.
Which payment methods will you accept?
Checkout runs on Stripe, so at launch it takes the major cards: Visa, Mastercard and American Express. Whether PayPal and Klarna are there on the first day depends on what is approved and switched on before we open, and the checkout page lists exactly what it accepts.
Do you offer bulk or trade pricing?
If you need multiples or you are kitting out a workshop, send the list through the trade page and you will get a price back rather than a brochure.
Are your reviews real?
They will be. We only show verified customer reviews and never use fake or incentivised ratings, so review sections are empty until real customers leave feedback at launch.
