Delivery

Tracked UK delivery, dispatched direct from our suppliers — free on orders of £100 or more.

What it costs

  • Free UK delivery on orders of £100 or more. That is the goods total in your basket, including VAT.
  • Below £100, delivery is priced by size. Every product is put into one of four size bands, and the band sets the charge — so a pack of hooks does not pay the same postage as a ceiling rack. Below £100, we add up the size band of each line in your order and charge the total.
  • You see the charge before you pay, in the basket and again at checkout — never afterwards.
  • UK addresses only. We do not ship outside the UK, and there is no separate express service.

The size bands

A band is a plain description of the parcel a product ships in. It is set per product, from the supplier's packed size, and it is the only thing the delivery charge depends on.

  • Letterbox — Fits through the letterbox. Hooks, small fixings, a single small sign.
  • Parcel — A standard courier parcel. Bins, organisers, lamps, most of the range.
  • Large parcel — Big or heavy for one person to carry. Wall panels, tool walls, long rails.
  • Oversize — Too long or too bulky for a standard parcel service. Ceiling racks, bench tops.

We have not published a rate for each band yet, because we are still confirming them with the couriers we will actually use. Until they are confirmed, the basket says the charge is confirmed at checkout rather than showing a figure we have not checked. The rates go here the day they are agreed.

Why one order can arrive as more than one parcel

We do not hold stock. Every line is dispatched by the supplier that makes it, so if you order three things from three suppliers, three parcels may turn up on three days — each one tracked. You pay one delivery charge for the order, worked out as above, not one charge for each parcel that arrives.

How long it takes

Because each supplier dispatches its own line, the wait depends on what you have ordered rather than on one house rate.

We have not published a standard delivery window, and we would rather say that than quote one we have not confirmed with the couriers and suppliers we are actually using. It goes here the day it is agreed.

Made-to-order and longer lines

Some items are made or finished to order, and the largest pieces take longer than the small ones. Where that applies, the expected window is on the product page before you buy rather than in the small print afterwards.

Tracking your order

You’ll get a tracking link by email as soon as your order is dispatched. Lost the email? The track order page explains how to get the link re-sent.
