How we handle your data.

What we collect before launch

The shop is not open yet, so right now the only thing we collect from you is a signup:

  • Your email address, when you join the launch list or register interest in a product.
  • Which product you asked about, if you asked about one.
  • How you arrived — the page you landed on, the site that referred you, and any campaign tags in the link you clicked.
  • Basic analytics about how the site is used, only if you accept analytics cookies.

What we will collect once the shop opens

  • Order details (name, delivery address, contact details) needed to fulfil purchases.
  • Account details, if you create one.
  • Payment is handled by Stripe. We never see or store your card details.

Why, and on what basis

  • Launch emails — consent. You asked to be told when we open. Registering interest in one product is not permission to send you a general newsletter, and we record those two separately.
  • Attribution — legitimate interests. Knowing which channels bring people here is how a shop this size decides where to spend. It is never used to build a profile of you.
  • Orders — contract. Once you buy something, we need your details to send it.

How to get off the list

Every email we send carries a one-click unsubscribe link, and your mail app's own unsubscribe button works too. Either one takes effect immediately. We keep a record that you opted out — that is the only way to make sure a later form submission cannot quietly put you back on.

Where it is stored, and who else sees it

  • Signups are stored in a database hosted in the UK/EU, reachable only by this site's server.
  • Email is sent through Resend, which processes it on our behalf.
  • Analytics runs through Google Analytics 4, and only after you accept analytics cookies.

We do not sell your data, and we do not share it for anyone else's marketing.

Your rights

You can ask for a copy of your data, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, and you can object to us using it. Use the contact form and we will answer within one month. If you are not happy with how we have handled it you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk or on 0303 123 1113.
