Our promise

If something isn’t right, you can return it within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange. Items should be unused and in their original packaging where possible.

How to return

• Start a return from your account or by contacting us.
• We’ll send return instructions and a label where applicable.
• Once your return arrives and is checked, we’ll refund the original payment method.

Faulty items

If anything arrives damaged or develops a fault, get in touch and we’ll sort a repair, replacement or refund — your statutory rights are not affected.
