Track your order
The shop has not opened, so there are no orders to track yet. Here is how it will work when there are.
Where the link will come from
- It arrives by email when your order is dispatched. Sent when the supplier hands the parcel to the courier — not when you pay. The receipt from Stripe comes first, on its own.
- It opens the courier’s own tracking. No sign-in and no order number to type. The link is the lookup.
- Two lines can mean two links. Every product ships direct from the supplier that makes it, so an order from two suppliers arrives as two parcels, each tracked on its own.
Lost it later?
Once there are orders, this page takes a re-send request: the email you paid with and the order number, and a person sends the link again. Until then there is nothing to re-send.
