Oversized numerals you place yourself, so the clock fits the wall rather than the wall fitting the clock.

A movement plus separate numerals that mount individually, so you set the diameter to suit the space. On a long garage wall a standard 30cm clock disappears; this scales up to something that actually reads as a feature.
It takes longer to fit than a one-screw clock — every numeral is placed by hand. Mark them out with masking tape and a string compass before committing, because the mistake you make is uneven spacing and it is very visible.

Furthest corner from the door, not on a shared wall, near a socket. One run of counter and a back shelf, its own light, and the fridge question sorted first.
Cold flat walls need scale and texture: a few large pieces with depth beat many small prints. One wall done, the rest working, materials that shrug off damp.
